Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Orders once placed can be cancelled within 5 minutes of order placement. The orders cancelled within this period is eligible for full refund. The refund will be credited back to your bank account within 5 to 7 working days.

  • Orders cancelled after this cut-off period will not be eligible for refunds.

  • There is an option to modify your subscription plans (duration & no. of products) before you receive the first product in the plan. After the first delivery modifications in the plan will not be considered.

  • You cannot cancel your subscription in-between and no refund will be initiated in such a scenario. However, you can reschedule your subscription plan before the cut-off date (2 days before the scheduled delivery). You can also pause the plan for a specified period (not more than two weeks, after which your plan will be deemed as cancelled) and then resume it when you are available.

  • In case you are not in position to resume the plan before two weeks you can gift it to a friend or a person of your choice within our delivery circle.

  • All plans must be used within the subscription validity period. We are not accountable for the lapse of your subscription plan. We also do not issue refunds or extend the validity of plans that are already active.

  • No refund will be provided for late deliveries by us or third-party delivery services. But we may provide credits or coupons which is solely based on our discretion.
